Refund Policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at boxmoments.bnl@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it according to our returns policy and we will refund the amount once we receive the item in good condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Conditions for returns

To ensure your return goes smoothly, we ask that you please ensure that the item is returned unopened and in its original condition, including all original packaging and labels.

Returns and refunds

To register your return, please contact us at boxmoments.bnl@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping risk and return shipping costs. We recommend that you pack the item securely and return it by registered mail to prevent damage during transport. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 days.

Damaged or defective items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at boxmoments.bnl@gmail.com. We offer a 6 month warranty on all our products (except food items) and will do our best to resolve the problem and may offer a replacement or refund. Please note that this warranty does not apply to wear, discoloration or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
